Villa Hoy is available for a minimum of 3 nights during the year, excluding public holidays, school holidays and the months of July and August, when 6 nights is the minimum.

A prepayment is due to confirm the reservation. This advance amounts to 50% of the total amount due. The balance of the full amount must be paid 15 days before the day of arrival.
A full refund applies if a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date. For reservations cancelled within the 30-day period, the full cost of the reservation is due.
Deposit
We require a deposit of €250 per apartment, which must be paid upon arrival. After the final cleaning we will return this or we will contact you.
Check-in
The regular check-in time is from 16:00 till 19:00. If that is inconvenient for you due to the arrival time of your plane, please contact us and we will try to arrange something. It goes without saying that I will welcome you personally (in Dutch, English, Spanish or German), explain the most important things and answer any question you might have. At your arrivel you will receive the key to the complex and your apartment and the gate opener in case you want to use the parking space.

Guests must check out before 11:30. Please let us know well in advance if you wish to check out later. I will do my very best to comply with your request so I can personally wish you a fine journey home.
